This truly unique bourbon features a 45% Triticale mashbill. Triticale is a rye/wheat hybrid grain that grows well in the temperate winters of North Carolina. The spectacular nose, slight peppery finish and sweet mid-palate are exactly what bourbon lovers have been seeking.
This is a limited production spirit, with only a few dozen barrels being produced each year. All of Mystic's bourbons are handcrafted from grain that Mystic grows, water from Mystic's on-site aquifer, North Carolina oak barrels, and aged in the unique climate of the North Carolina Pidemont region.

Mystic orders placed by 3PM EST on business days Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
