Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at sales@givethembeer.com or call us at 1-800-642-5020 within 2 days of receiving your product.
Due to the nature of our product and alcohol shipping laws, we cannot accept returns for our product. In the event that there is a problem with your order we will issue a replacement of the same or better value within 24 hours of notification.
If a package is returned to us as a result of a missed delivery, a returned delivery fee of $35 for a 12 pack box and $45 for a 24 pack box will be included to cover the delivery fee and product costs.
Substitutions
Due the nature of the Craft Beer industry, all beers listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a beer of like, kind and quality or better in the event that the desired beer is not available. You can be assured that our beer experts will pick the best substitution if required.
