Returns
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at sales@givethembeer.com or call us at 1-800-642-5020 within 2 days of receiving your product.
Due to the nature of our product and alcohol shipping laws, we cannot accept returns for our product. In the event that there is a problem with your order (wrong or damaged item), we will issue a replacement of the same or better value within 24 hours of notification.
Shipping
We make every effort to ensure the safety of our product. If your product is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product. If possible, please contact us before disposing of your product as pictures may be required to determine the cause of damage.
Late Delivery
When ordering from www.GiveThemBeer.com, you can expect your package to be shipped within 1 business day from purchase for in-stock products. Please note that ship dates cannot be guaranteed if you select Ground Shipping at checkout. We will make every effort on our end to ensure that your package leaves our warehouse to accommodate your desired shipping date. Due to factors outside of our control from our shipping carriers, we cannot issue refunds for late shipments on packages delivered via Ground Shipping.

If a replacement cannot be issued, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days of notification.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
